TFM LTD. proposes to consider the cost of services to be arranged for acceptance of inbound import containers via Commercial Port of Vladivostok and Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port and their delivery by trucks to the Client’s storage areas. Our company has a fleet of its own and hired container trucks which enables to promptly and efficiently pick up the Client’s cargo from any locations in the city.
1. COMMERCIAL PORT OF VLADIVOSTOK
The amount of forwarding agent’s remuneration for arranging freight forwarding services in Commercial Port of Vladivostok is 3,540 Rubles/20ft or 40ft container (including 18% VAT).
Additionally, the Freight Forwarder shall be paid the cost of terminal services:
US$155.20 (0% VAT) – terminal services rendered for arranging the container acceptance and loading to combined transport.
The cost includes:
acceptance of container to the terminal;
terminal services provided for container to be loaded into truck;
storage within 14 days as from the date of discharging containers from ship.
The cost of permit required for laden container pickup and drop-off of empty container to the port in the event that empty import container is dropped off at the port within 14 days from the day following the date of shipment totals 2,391 Rubles (including 18% VAT).
The cost of providing prompt service when laden container is picked up and empty container is dropped off at the port amounts to 550 Rubles per operation ((including 18% VAT). The service is provided if prompt container pickup/delivery is required.
The rate does not include the cost of discharging container from vessel, usage of Liner Carrier’s containers (to be paid as per Line’s tariffs), charges for truck haulage of FESCO Integrated Transport’s containers.
Additional potential costs:
Excess container storage at Commercial Port of Vladivostok shall be charged and paid to the Freight Forwarder at the rates (0% VAT):
From 15th to 25th day – US$79/91 per a laden/empty 20ft/40ft container per day;
From 26th day - US$105/112 per a laden/empty 20ft/40ft container per day.
Retrieval of container for inspection without restuffing of the container contents (as requested by Customs Authority) – US$230/container.
Warehouse facility services provided for X-ray examination – US$152 per container.
Excessive idling of trucks while being unloaded -1,500 Rubles/hr.
2. VLADIVOSTOK SEA FISHING PORT
The cost of providing terminal services on arranging the acceptance and loading of container to the vehicles is charged at US$104 (0% VAT) per 20ft/40ft laden container.
The rate includes:
acceptance of container to the terminal and terminal services provided for container to be loaded into truck;
storage within 14 days as from the date of container discharging from ship;
The cost of permit required for laden container pickup and drop-off of empty container to Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port amounts to 1,300 Rubles (including 18% VAT):
The amount of forwarding agent’s remuneration for arranging freight forwarding services in Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port is 3,540 Rubles/20ft or 40ft container (including 18% VAT).
The rate does not include the cost of unloading container from vessel, usage of Liner Carrier’s containers (to be paid as per Line’s tariffs).
Additional potential costs:
Excess container storage in Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port shall be charged and paid to the Freight Forwarder at the rates (0% VAT):
From 8th to 14th day - US$ 27/38 per a laden 20ft/40ft container per day;
From 15th to 21th day - US$ 42/57 per a laden 20ft/40ft container per day;
From 22th day - US$ 61/88 per a laden 20ft/40ft container per day;
As requested by Customs Authority (exclusive of VAT):
Retrieval of container for inspection with 10% contents of the said container to be unstuffed.
Retrieval of container for inspection with 50% contents of the said container to be unstuffed.
Retrieval of container for inspection more than 50% contents of the said container to be unstuffed.
Warehouse facility services provided for X-ray examination (Mobile X-ray Unit) – per container.
